Role: Live image of the company spirit, the commercial agent is in charge for the training and commercial services outside the company. The person must demonstrate outstanding communication capabilities to empathize with the product / services different customers’.
The desired profile is an experienced, proactive agent able to coordinate small team actions and have a large degree of autonomy and responsibility within the company structure. The agent will become the company ears’ and eyes’ towards the customer. Multilingual, active listener and advanced negotiation skills are key attributes for the candidate.
